This video is about GATE students at a Mountain View elementary school who have been learning HeartMath tools. These tools help kids identify and shift out of stress, anxiety and frustration; improve their relationships, interactions, behavior and schoolwork; and build social and emotional development skills.

One of the HeartMath tools that the students especially like is the emWave PC (formerly Freeze-Framer) which gives them real-time feedback on what they’re feeling through colorful graphs and images on their computer screen. The program also includes fun games that are controlled by the student’s ability to shift from stressful emotions like anxiety, frustration or anger to more positive and beneficial emotion like care or appreciation.
